Sarah Jonas

Property Manager

Sarah Jonas has always had an interest in real estate, and it translates into a property manager who is driven, committed, and determined to achieve the best outcomes for tenants and landlords.

Sarah explains her love of real estate stemmed from her childhood and her father’s experience owning investment properties.

From an early age, she knew real estate was an industry that would tap into her love of helping others while also playing to her strengths in administration and customer service.

“Every day’s different in property management,” Sarah reflects.

“It’s about problem solving, helping people and ensuring at the end of the day, everyone’s happy.”

Sarah started in the industry as an assistant in 2016. At the time she was studying a bachelor of business- property at university, and quickly found the thrill of real estate exceeded her expectations.

In the years since she has embraced property management, drawing on her skills as a people person who believes looking after someone’s prized investment is a privilege.

Sarah brings an eye for detail, creative thinking, and a thorough approach to her role, working with landlords and tenants to ensure the best outcome and return for an investment property.

Skilled in all areas of property management, her philosophy is simple: to help people wherever she can – whether that’s taking care of maintenance, securing the right tenant or using her market knowledge to set the right rental price.

Sarah’s skill is accentuated by the highly experienced Ray White Grange rental team who work together to continuously ensure the best outcomes for their clients.

They are further backed by the training, technology and reach of the Ray White brand, which has over a century of experience and recognition in real estate.

As for what she loves most about her job, Sarah says it’s working with people. And that extends from the close-knit, results driven Ray White Grange team to the property owners and tenants she serves.
